pushy salesperson that had no brochures, cards or information. Told.him I would look online and do some research and kept talking. Came back the next day and tried again. Said No, he kept talking, I had to tell him no and ask him to leave. He left but that pushy-ness doesnt fly with local families. If he did that to my wife I would've had to have some words. I know he has a job but he pushed that its a local company. Locals dont do this to each other.
I can’t thank Malama Solar enough. Our sales rep Karson was amazing. Important! Make sure to monitor your own system daily. Been a customer of theirs going on 5 years. Sept 2025, I had an inverter issue. Malama detected it after it being offline for 3 days, contacted me and sent a tech out to fix it. That was great. Fast forward to April 2026…inverter issue again. This time, we found out cause our last 2 electric bills were sky high! Contacted Malama and was told it’s been offline since mid Feb 2026!
