Julianna royston by far the worst place I have ever been to doesn’t care about the customers for sure
Best dental experience I've ever had. There's always a certain degree of apprehension when dealing with your teeth, but these ladies were gentle and caring enough to where nothing mattered anymore. One patted my shoulder while the other one assured me how good I was doing during my crown prep. It made me feel comforted. We need more humans like them, especially in this industry.
It's a great blessing to have such an outstanding dentist locally! Dr. Royston and her staff are kind, efficient, caring, and honest in their charges and insurance billing. My wife, Sherry, and I both had appointments within a week of one another, and we each could not have asked for a better experience. We recommend Malakoff Dental wholeheartedly!
I think all would agree, a dental office is the last place anyone wants to be especially if getting a tooth extracted. The overall experience here was good but a little on the expensive side compared to others for a cash paying patient.
I was looking for a Dentist that treated me more like a client then a number. One that was more like a Home Town Dentist like it use to be. I found Dr. Royston and Staff. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable.
