Disappointed with the service. I was charged over $800 for installing only 2 lights. I also found several screws left on the floor where the lights were installed, and the area was left messy after the work. I expected cleanliness, and professionalism.
Malady Electrical overcharged me $500 for labour hours that were never worked. They insisted the invoice was correct until I proved otherwise with security footage. I only got a refund because of that evidence — without it, I’d have been ripped off. Check your labour costs carefully, this doesn’t feel like a one-off.
I have used this company twice in the last 12 months with small electrical issues, they are very prompt with service and do a great job, Ben ( i think) has done the work on both jobs and he's very good at what he does. Highly recommend.
