Our hot water heater finally wore out after many years of service, so we needed a plumber to replace it. Once we called, the team scheduled us quickly and arrived the next day with a new unit ready to install. The price felt fair, and the whole plumbing job was handled very well from start to finish. Everything was done with care, and we were very pleased with the result. They took the time to install the new water heater properly, checked the connections carefully, and kept the work area neat and clean the whole time. It ... read more

I have used this plumbing service several times over the years, and Todd has always been very professional, careful, and dependable with every plumbing job at our home. He shows up when he says he will, explains the issue clearly, and does solid work from start to finish. It has been great to have a plumber we can trust for both small repairs and bigger plumbing needs. When we had a broken pipe, Todd walked us through how to shut off the water and limit the problem until he arrived. He has also replaced our garbage disposal... read more

Bryan and Pedro also installed our new tankless water heater, and everything was explained in simple terms. They kept the work area neat, answered our questions, and made sure the water lines and ... read more

I went with 36' arc chambers, and on the scheduled day jay and pedro arrived ready to get started. jay was upbeat, clearly skilled, and it was easy to see he knew septic and plumbing work very well. Both techs were polite, informative, and took time to explain each step of the job... read more

I called Malachi's Rapid Plumbing around midnight on a Friday after finding a leaking toilet tank and having to shut off the water to stop the problem. It felt urgent, and I was worried about getting help that late. Instead of a long delay, Levi answered quickly, was kind and understanding, listened carefully, and set up a service call for the next morning. When Jay arrived, he checked the toilet, explained the plumbing issue in simple terms, and went over the options to repair the older toilet or replace it. He clearly exp... read more
