This afternoon, we were surprised to see water filling up our sump pit and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We also noticed the sump pump wasn’t working, which was stressful. After some checking around the back of the house in the Port Richey heat, we realized the timer we had on the outside hose bib for our summer lawn watering had broken and was leaking water near the foundation. Todd and Bryan were fantastic! They were professional, knew exactly what to do, and really cared about fixing our plumbing issues. Even the owner came out to help until Todd and Bryan could arrive, which was impressive. The team made sure to help us out, even though they were busy with a big job. I’m very grateful for how quickly they got our toilets and shower working again. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone in Port Richey who needs a plumber!

fast and responsive service! i needed help because the valves under my sink were damaged during a dishwasher installation. i called malachi's rapid plumbing, and within an hour, jay showed up to take a look. he explained everything clearly, told me what needed fixing and how he was going to handle it. i was really impressed with jay's professionalism and plumbing skills, and how quickly he fixed everything. the service was top-notch. i highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
