Staff was superb and professional. Walked in and was greeted with smiles. Explained my complaint and was taken in right away. Luke , very professional EMT, did his preliminary checks and advised will call Nurse Practioner. She (dont recall name) came in and Ryan the perfect adviser took over. Both were very pleasant, Ryan did all kinds of dances for me because I was in so much stress and back pain. Went in for an infected dog bite, Dr knew exactly what to do for it. Explained everything and Dr and staff very professional. Great service!!
I walked into a sharp object in my garage and got a nasty deep gouge in the fleshy outside part of my leg just below the knee. I nervously arrived very late to the Medfast urgent care center worried about a possible infection, the wound was fairly deep etc.. however the staff acted quickly to immediately help me close up the carnage, and sent prescriptions to be filled first thing the next day. I came in because i suspected i was having side effects from my acne pill and wanted to consult a provider. The provider cockily treated my visit as a consultant for acne management and basically disregarded the side effects I’ve been experiencing. I felt that they were speaking down to me. I am a nurse, so I wouldn’t have come for help if I did not have a valid reason to. I really only came to get labs done to confirm things were within normal range but they don’t do labs here. I’m glad they at least gave me a lab order.
