Bad experience. Not even an attempt to provide a discount on an item that was clearly overpriced. The spot price and labor markup did not make sense. I was not happy.

The attendant, Bharati, was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. She patiently answered all my questions, explained the details about the jewelry, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made the shopping experience enjoyable.
The shopping experience in Malabar - Chicago is really good. Please ask for Mr.Bhooshan. He is very patient and shows you stuff based on your requirements and budget. No judging, pure customer service. And he has a tip or two on best places or happening things in Chicago too. He is very nice and warm. Good collection too, especially the diamonds
