The worst apartment complex I have ever been to in my life. Your front office staff is very unprofessional and fail to disclose important factors upon lease signing. Had I known it would be such a pain residing at this property I would have never applied. Apartments are infested with roaches and they don’t do anything to keep it under control.
There's a reason this place has such a low review. They're thiefs in the front office! Taylor approved and canceled our application without our knowledge. Resulting in us losing our $200 application fee! Apparently it's common practice at Malabar Cove.. Read the reviews before you go here!
