Staff was very helpful with helping with the application process and the move in as well made it really easy for me to make my transition. The apartment is very nice and has everything I am needing with plenty of space, very pleased I made the decision to live here.
Maintenance crew has always been super friendly & amazing hard workers. I always seem them hard at work to keep the complex clean & making sure work orders are filled, always responding right away to high priority items, even if you call at midnight because your kitchen sink was overflowing, Robert is always quick to come do his best work & always does it with a smile on his face, as well as the rest of the Malabar Cove Maintenance Crew.
I just want to start off to say that Robert and Matthew work really hard to fix stuff that needs to be fixed. And I have to say Robert is not working just like his regular hours. He works every day of the week.
Joselyn Cruz is amazing, she has been very helpful in the application process.
I’ve lived at Malabar Cove Apartments in Palm Bay for exactly 1 year. What started as minor issues has turned into months of management completely ignoring police-reported threats and violence. Joselyn is the only reason I would give this place one star.
