Extremely disappointing customer service. I have called this business multiple times, left messages, and have yet to receive a return phone call. At this point, it’s not a matter of simply being busy—it’s a complete lack of communication and professionalism. If you are going to operate a business, responding to current or potential customers should be one of the most basic expectations. No one should have to repeatedly chase down a business just to get a simple phone call returned. Wouldn’t recommend.
We submitted the intake form two weeks ago and never received a confirmation email. Nobody from Mala contacted us either. I left a message last week and never got a respond. I called this morning again, and couldn't reach anybody in their office. Our intake form and voice message seem to be needles in a haystack and get lost completely. Because they have really nice people
I completely understand that therapy offices are often overwhelmed, and that appointment slots can be hard to come by. I was thrilled to finally receive a call from Mala Child & Family Institute on April 1st offering me a Friday evening slot. I confirmed my interest and was told onboarding paperwork would be sent to my email, but I never received anything. I followed up twice via email and never received a response.
