We are so fortunate to have Muhiba as our daughters' speech therapist. She has worked with both our kids for the past several years (at a different center), and has been an incredible support to them, despite their needs being very different from each other. She is such a wealth of knowledge, and has helped us understand our autistic daughter's speech patterns (gestalt language), while helping her build on language and communication. We started our journey with Mala this summer. I cannot express my gratitude to the providers who are part of our team for my children. Muhiba is an amazing speech director with so much passion in the journey of children with communication differences is respected, cared and loved. Dr. Gholami is one of a kind, he has so much empathy, compassion and kindness to neurodivergent individuals. Extremely disappointing customer service. I have called this business multiple times, left messages, and have yet to receive a return phone call. At this point, it’s not a matter of simply being busy—it’s a complete lack of communication and professionalism. If you are going to operate a business, responding to current or potential customers should be one of the most basic expectations. No one should have to repeatedly chase down a business just to get a simple phone call returned. Wouldn’t recommend.
We submitted the intake form two weeks ago and never received a confirmation email. Nobody from Mala contacted us either. I left a message last week and never got a respond. I called this morning again, and couldn't reach anybody in their office. Our intake form and voice message seem to be needles in a haystack and get lost completely.
