I purchased a home where Mal & Seitz were the sellers agent. They started off responsive, but as things moved forward, communication slowed and coordination with the seller seemed poor. Their inefficiency and delays made the experience extremely frustrating. I would never waste my time or money working with a firm that is so inefficient.
