Took a little longer than normal to get our meal, but were for-warned that a big party had come in right before us so the kitchen would need time. Had a very nice, friendly waitress, can't remember her name, sorry.

Food was good, thank god because the service was terrible. We went today during bike week & its 90+ degrees outside, we seated ourselves & it took forever for the waitress to come over so we could at least order waters, she brought the waters & we were ready to order & she left to go take 2 other tables orders, seats opened at the bar so we moved thinking service would be better but was again disappointed, the bartender was awful, she brought out our side of coleslaw first before our appetizer or meal, so weird, she seemed t... read more

We don't serve down there because not only do we not have enough servers the kitchen is not big enough to have seated parties on our patio as well as the other 5 areas we serve dinner in. We have that for a hang out. Drinks from the tiki bar and games. We do the best we can especially during event weeks. The shot girls are hired just to do shots. As always the food and service, both excellent!! Sat on the deck with Billy(hubby) and watched all the bikes ride by, brought back memory's.

Sitting here on the first day of bike week, as this is a favorite stop for most coming up 107 on their way to Laconia. Watching the restaurant losing a lot of business as they do not allow food on their patio. Very disappointed!

If we allowed everyone to take their food down there to eat we would end up with trash all over the place as we are not staffed to have servers and bussers constantly cleaning down in that area as well. I'm so sorry you were disappointed. We try our best and hope to be able to keep the patio open and may just have to figure out something different next year.

We have frequented the restaurant many times and usually have a wonderful experience. Mother's Day we had a party of 7 and our waiter could not get anything right. We kept clearing dishes to tray next to our table. Missing parts of meals came much later after food served. My daughter asked for her food with appetizers and never got it. My father in law ordered clambake and never got his steamers. Waiter said his fault he ordered only a lobster when ringing in but when receiving the bill it said clambake. Wait staff last Saturday were super friendly and prompt with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was hot, dusty, and every meal was very bland. There was little flavor and seasoning to the seafood, but the portion sizes were good. Hope the meals are better next time, and the rooms could use a good cleaning.
