Professional and friendly. Just completed rehab from a total shoulder replacement in about 2.5 months. No issues with payment for service. They were consistent in progressing my therapy while adding new activities. Kelly and Taylor work great as a team in making sure everyone there gets in the equipment they need. When my knee goes, I know I'll be back there.
Great therapy, but very misleading when discussing out of pocket costs. Was told twice by therapist there would be little out of pocket owed. Received the bill and tried to discuss with billing office and therapist. Not helpful, unfortunately. Won’t be using this company again.
Very professional. Friendly. Truly helped me feel better.
