My big English lab is so skiddish. But these guys have handled him with care from birth, and he turned 7 this July. Great staff well worth my drive from albert lea

Was on I90 when I pulled over for a kitten that was hit by a car. Called and they took her in right away.
I showed up 8 minutes past my appointment time, and they told me I should learn to read a clock, that if I was 7 minutes late I would have been okay, but 8 minutes late is too late! I drove 45 minutes to get there and one minute was just too much! I called and spoke to a manager after I left and she was disgustingly rude and disrespectful!
Had an emergency with my dog on a Sunday and called the after hours emergency contact phone line. Upon telling him about my dog and what was wrong with her, I simply get a exasperated sigh and a response of "well, I guess she needs to be seen then". Overall the interaction on the phone call I had from (I assumed the vet) was very rude with all short and uninformative confusing responses/interactions.
