Had an emergency with my dog on a Sunday and called the after hours emergency contact phone line. Upon telling him about my dog and what was wrong with her, I simply get a exasperated sigh and a response of "well, I guess she needs to be seen then". Overall the interaction on the phone call I had from (I assumed the vet) was very rude with all short and uninformative confusing responses/interactions. Saw our dog with a UTI on a Saturday morning for an emergency even though we haven't been there before. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend!
