Bland food. Go for the service & beer. That's where they shine.
We have dined at Mak's a few times! The food is outstanding and worth the wait! Yes wait! Before you even give them a drink order just go ahead and order the Fried MacNCheese balls appetizer I have never had anything like them, and the sauce you dip them in is scrumptious!! Then look over the unique menu, the Chicken Leffie is one of my favorites! I also have enjoyed their buffalo wings and duck fries, or just go for the buffalo chicken french fries a meal in itself! We love it there! Burgers are incredible!!! Nice and friendly staff.
Over 20 minute wait, then the server tells us they were out of one of our entree's, there was only one other table in there with a party of 2. @ lunch time only 1 server both times I've been in there. Couple more tries! Will see! Love the food and atmosphere!
