Our first experience at Makkah Jewellers was absolutely amazing, all thanks to Sir Ikram Ullah. From the moment we walked in, he made me and my family feel so comfortable and welcomed. He went above and beyond to get us the best deals and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. His warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. Because of him, we’ve become loyal customers and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit! :)

Terrible customer service. The sales person was openly rude and expressed his displeasure at us coming in for an exchange for a $9000 Necklace and earrings. He was very rude and disrespectful. I will never ever be returning here to give them a single penny of mine. They also do not offer any refunds- Something I found out after I had already purchased my jewellery.

Sabi and Ali helped us out and honestly made the whole experience amazing! We went in one day and loved it so much we came back the very next day. He was super helpful, welcoming, and friendly both times, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Great service and such a positive vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
