I called the phone number, got someone in a call center who was working from home because of the Coronavirus. She said the store closed at 4:30pm, so I drove over to Farmers Branch only to find a note on the door that the store had moved almost 2 months ago to Wilmer, Texas. This store was very convenient to my location and now when I need anything Makita, I will have to drive 50 miles to Wilmer, TX... NOT..! Left tools I had to call and call with no luck after 10 days tools were fixed but the customer service representative is horrible.
