Love how they check the tools for what is wrong and if it is covered to be repaired at no charge to customers. And the team there is so helpful and friendly.
They don't stand by their product. My handheld vac stop working I called Makita to find out my options for repairing it, I was told to go to the website to check the numbers to see if it was under warranty. It was, it created a label, sent it in. Then I get a call from John saying it was not under warranty and they would need to charge me to fix it. I purchased a Milwaukee instead. Told him he can keep it. Buy another brand
