I highly recommend Kara to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist. She is kind, personable, and creates a welcoming environment where clients feel at ease. Her extensive experience working with veterans and military families makes her an excellent resource, and I confidently refer clients to her.
I sought Kara out for her expertise in building a private practice and was able to get everything I needed to get started. It was incredibly challenging balancing a full-time position while beginning the process, but she guided me through it with clear, actionable steps.
