I definitely don’t recommend making waves honestly therefore the Color did not match that I showed in pictures, also I was way over charged and wasn’t told they charged me for extra add ons when talked about in consultation. I felt this business just adding charges just to get extra money from clients. When I brought to their attention they didn’t offer refund for the add ons. Not even a sorry like seriously I won’t be back ever!!!

I saw Gia today for a facial. It was hands down the best facial I have ever had! My skin looks amazing. Her room was super cute and relaxing. I'm very particular about cleanliness and I felt super comfortable here after seeing her setup. I also have a treenut allergy and she checked that everything was safe before I even got there. I'm going back monthly from now on. She does a bunch of other stuff too that I can't wait to try. If you're looking for an estatition you should definitely book with her if you can.

The staff were not very friendly, but they were not rude either. Overall, it was a very baseline, average experience. Nothing stood out as particularly good or the worse experience. - Full Foil Highlight, Bright Blonde.

In search for a stylist that listened to my likes, dislikes, hair issues & positives and use their talent and expertise to give me a new cut and color for 2026. Mackenzie Reyan gets an A+. So happy with my cut, color and its a style I can actually do myself at home! She was so patient. Consulted with me first. Discussed ideas. Others were friendly at the salon. The salon is very large and I may look into other services they offer. See you again for my next scheduled appointment!
