Very courteous and professional staff. The front desk staff, Ms Tracy, was always very pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated the level of detail provided by Ms Washington and Dr Simpson. I highly recommend Making Smiles Orthodontics (Madison AL).
Staff was very nice, no long wait time, and very knowledgable
Very pleased with the care my daughter received by Dr. Simpson. On our first visit she was very warm and kind. So was her assistant. After xrays and the exam, Dr. Simpson was very detailed in her assessment to me and took more than enough time explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I appreciate the great service and care! My daughter says "Thank you Dr. Simpson!"
I am a veteran, and Alabama native who wanted to support our local community’s orthodontics and literally went out my way to ensure my child received proper care and a better smile. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and everything looked fine, no photos were needed and a treatment plan was made. I made it clear I would like the treatment plan which took days to obtain. The staff was amazing! Tracy was great and very receptive and Dr. Simpson was professional and very helpful when it came to telling me about my treatment options!
