We were looking for a house. Todd guided and shepherded us through the process. We were b=not very certain about what we wanted, but Todd persevered and showed enormous patience and continuing energy to get us there. And we are really pleased with the conclusion. Thanks a lot Todd!
MDR was amazing in helping us sell our home. It was one of the easiest transactions btwn us and the buyers. One recommendation I would add is to close separately with the buyer and seller while going through all of the paperwork. Then, bring the parties together after the paperwork is completed.
I worked with Kevin, very dedicated once we come up with a game plan.. He gets straight to work and wastes no time. I put my house on the market on a Friday! They had an open house the next day and I had an accepted offer by Sunday. I would Highly recommend Making Dreams reality. As for the rest of the team they were all on top of it and very helpful throughout the process.. The entire team communicates very well with you.
