Would never recommend renting from these people. Slum landlord.
They are an excellent management company. They will work with you on renting one of their properties, as long as your criteria for renting is in their power to get done. I’ve been with them for 3 years, and every-time i needed maintenance done , literally, after calling the maintenance department, within 24 hrs. My issue was resolved. In the 3 yrs I’ve been renting from them I’ve only had 2 wear & tear issues with the home i rent and in less than 24 hrs, my issues were taken care of. Impeccable customer service. They are very professional, and they take care of business when it comes to their properties and maintenance
Can’t think of one negative experience I’ve had property’s are affordable and and the application process was very easy and also a lot cheaper than most places they respond very quickly and a lot easier to get approved than most places definitely would recommend for young renters that have little to no experience with the process of renting management is very helpful and understanding
