Management over at MGM has been nothing short of amazing. When I lost my job and got behind on bills, they allowed me to come up with a plan to get caught back up and did not harass or bother me during my struggle of getting out of the hole. They communicated with me and were very understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home or fresh start. They are also quick with maintenance requests which is hard to come by.
My experience renting from them for the past year has been that exactly what you would want out of a landlord. Quick to fix any issue (though there wasn’t much) and was understanding in situations that other management companies might not be. I would definitely recommend them, as I would definitely rent from them again as well.!
