Found out about Makeup by Roxy when I was looking for a makeup artist for my wedding and moments after talking to Roxy at a bridal show it was an instant no brainer! Not only is she amazingly talented, but she makes you feel like you've been friends for years and will do anything she can to make sure you leave feeling your very best! I won't go anywhere else for my makeup!
