From the beginning Makers Heating And Cooling Service LLC was very up front, honest, helpful and prompt. They gave us multiple options for replacing our AC unit and the price quoted was the price out the door, no hidden fees. Great customer service, great technician. As it turned out, I didn’t need a new thermostat as I’d thought and so no service was performed. But Joe arrived within a couple of hours of my request for a service call and he was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice indeed.
