Downside: had a multi-month wait for the furniture, and when the white glove delivery team finally arrived they didn't do the full assembly. However, their email response was always prompt and they were able to find a local handyman to help me resolve the issue. So while the experience was not perfect, I would purchase from them again.
Stellar customer service. Online purchase of furniture to ship long distance with a deadline on my end. Communications to coordinate my order was professional, courteous, and accommodating. Received my order in 3 weeks, delivery service was smooth, furniture in perfect condition. Maker & Moss is a gem.

I ordered a magazine rack online from Maker & Moss—my first time shopping with them. I chose to support them because they're based in San Francisco, and after my last visit to the city, I wanted to help support local businesses there. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We've had an exceptional experience shopping for our newly remodeled space at Maker & Moss. Briana has been a pleasure to work with. I love her mellow, no-pressure approach. She had great recommendations and worked within our budget to help us find pieces that worked for our parameters.
