I have been coming here for so long I think I take for granted the power of a good review! I feel like family every time I come in. I started coming to makeovers over 20 years ago and have not looked back since. Ed Williams does my color/cut and Brenda give a great facial. Time to book another appt.
I've been coming to Makeovers for a few years now. My stylist, Mel, always makes me feel great after taking care of my hair. Everyone there from the shampoo girls to the front desk are very personable and friendly. 5+ stars!!
My colorist was so nice and good but my hair color hardly changed at all. When I got to the counter I was already dreading the $175 bill then had to pay extra because it was toned washed and blow dried. I didn’t realize that they were additional costs. I wanted the bayalage. I think charging extra for using toner so my hair wasn’t orange as well as extra to wash out the he I also used in the process were really excessive. I love the Makeovers Spa. The staff are very friendly, and welcoming, Ed has been doing my hair for over 30 years now, he creates beautiful color and cuts that are unique to you and fashionable. The nail services and skin care there are great as well. Some services may cost alittle more than other spas in that area but well worth it you get what you pay for, amazing talent, great products, and knowledgeable people you can trust to do an amazing job.
Ed did an amazing job on my color... LOVE LOVE it and already so many compliments!!
