I was at Makeovers today for haircut and hair dyed. I felt extremely comfortable and very safe in their environment. They are wearing PPE equipment and making sure everything is wiped down between clients. As soon as you get up from your chair they sanitize your area. The chairs are well spaced between clients. A very relaxing visit today. No need to be afraid to make a visit at this salon.
I had my first experience at makeovers last week i saw Kelly Voci she sat and listened to my concerns with my hair being fragile and wanting to reach my final goal - she explained the integrity of the hair is most important and could take more then one visit I left almost at exactly what my goal was and she was super fun to sit and talk with was like i knew her for years i will definitely return The salon was very clean and staff welcoming I felt safe with all the precautions they have made to make it the most comfortable fo... read more
I went today and saw Kelly. Asked for 5-6 foils which she did. She then asked me if I wanted a blow dry for a charge and I said I didn’t. She barely towel dried my hair and then brought me up to the counter to pay. My hair looked like I just got out of the shower. I thought she would have at least combed it. Anyway, I was told it was $75. I said I was quoted $30 for 5-6 foils. He said $25 for toner and $50 for foils. I didn’t ask for a toner. She just did it as she was washing out the foils. I’ve been coming here for years to see Lisa! Came back last week for the first time since the Covid shutdown. Despite having to navigate the “new normal” my experience was just as wonderful as it usually is! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly and the salon, which was immaculate before this pandemic, went above and beyond to ensure the safety of its employees and guests. Love this place!
