I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this salon. I went in for threading on Friday, and Hiral suggested doing full face waxing as well. I usually get face waxing done, so I agreed. However, this time the service was done very carelessly. The wax was too hot and caused burns on my face. I recently got nanoplastia done at this salon and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they explained everything clearly. My hair feels smooth, shiny, and much more manageable now, with a noticeable reduction in frizz. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this salon.
