Makeida Koyi is great, that is really responsive, helpful, and to the point
At first Dr. Koyi was responsive when we met for medication telehealth appointments. However, I have been unable to reach her via Bloom Health for refills on medication after calling twice, having the pharmacy contact her, and after speaking and emailing her secretary. She seems to have dropped off the face of the earth leaving me to rely on a stopgap prescription from my GP until I find a new doctor. Her handling of this situation has been irresponsible and unprofessional.
Prompt, Attentive, and Informed. Dr. Koyi's experiences have given her a useful repertoire from which to resource treatment plans and provide specific, effective references, and recemendations. I feel confident in her care, and trust her judgement implicitl. I offer her professional contact information frequently to anyone in search of quality, effect, mental health management and care.
I am very upset with Dr. Koyi and her practice. I had two falls and left a message to her know since it may have been one of the newer medications I started. I tried reaching out to Dr. Koyi and also went to my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor told me it could be from my medication and to consult with my psychiatrist. I tried calling and let her staff know what happened and they told me she would call me back.
