We had a great experience working with Makeen Tech. I know that they do a lot of commercial work, but we needed several retaining walls at our home to address excessive slope and drainage issues. To ensure that it was done correctly, our General Contractor recommended that we have Makeen Tech draw up engineering plans for the project. Was referred to this company who required a pre paid deposit for an inspection of a bulge in a 4.5ft cement perimeter wall of a pier and beam building to determine its safety and or any necessary repairs. Guy showed up in a suit and unable to perform inspection as he was not properly dressed to go inside the building. He stated that the office did not inform him of what the appointment was for. First off, I want to say that everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start, which is a bonus. They performed very professional and were detailed about what the deposit consisted of. Any question I had, they answered quickly. I highly recommend them!!
