My friend has been renting from this company for a couple of months. She was told the roof was replaced upon moving in and they lied to her. Her ceiling fell in and her kids developed breathing problems due to mold in the ventilation. Then they proceeded to ignore her calls and tey wrote her a unprofessional letter stating that she has parenting problems and that they fixed the leak. They have not fixed it. Makeda Properties, Inc. is unresponsive and avoids requests for maintanence. I suggest looking elewhere for a property management company. Renting from them has been the worst rental experience and I would not wish it upon anyone. They have not paid their property taxes in 3 years, so at any time we could be asked to leave becasue of forclosure. Very bad company.
