I had a leak in my water line and Mark was quick to respond. They came when they said they would, let me know when there were challenges along the way, got the work done very fast, and were very respectful. Highly recommend this company!
I have hired Mark many times both for personal and business. He was done big and small jobs, and always so fast! Gotten me out a few tough pickles. He’s great, and he will always be my first call!
We had a problem with the water pressure regulator. My husband tried to fix it after doing alot of research and effort with soldering (and for other reasons with the original install) but after a few days we decided to just get a plumber. I found Mark had some good reviews on the Vernal Info FB page so I called. 2 hours after calling he came over and had it fixed just like that after all that stress! Reasonable rates too. Very happy!
man will charge you 450 dollars to snake your drain and break the tank lid on your toilet while he does it. (In the interest of fairness and transparency he docked 25 dollars off for the broken lid) He will also only partially fix the issue you hire him to fix then when you call him to have him come back and finish he will make two separate appointments and not show up for either without any notification after that he will ignore you and and he will not call you back.
