Tried to change unit to a larger unit before moving in. Was told someone would call back. No call back. Extra charges not disclosed in advertised price. Admin fees , lock charge and some kind of insurance charge. Customer service is not local. Emails not returned, phone calls not returned. Invoice was a mess. Paid on advance for 8 weeks then they tried to charge me for a second month. Finally got hold of Patrick in Carleton Place and thankfully he cleared everything up.
