It was a pleasure to work with Anthony and his team on this project. Anthony exceeded my expectations in every way. He was always available throughout the project to discuss different solutions to our flooring inquiries and got the work done in a single day. His suggestions allowed us a wide / flexible work window to get the work done. Clearly he has plenty of experience working with buildings in Manhattan and this experience lead us down a successful path. Highly recommended!
Anthony and his team did a great job installing about 400sq feet of hardwood in our Manhattan coop unit, for a competitive price and over a short window of time. Fantastic work all around for a pretty intensive project— ripping out damaged floors and subfloors, adding plywood and insulation, installing new floors, as well as painting the entire apartment. Anthony was communicative throughout, always available via text and call, clear about when prices would change and why. Cesar and the crew did a beautiful job overall. I would absolutely hire again.
I had these guys patch and paint my Brooklyn condo in between renters. They were easy to deal with, gave a fair price with a clear scope of work. They easily met my building COI and access requirements. They were also self sufficient to do the job when I wasn’t onsite to meet them.
