Fantastic work all around for a pretty intensive project— ripping out damaged floors and subfloors, adding plywood and insulation, installing new floors, as well as painting the entire apartment. Anthony was communicative throughout, always available via text and call, clear about when prices would change and why. Cesar and the crew did a beautiful job overall. I would absolutely hire again.
I had these guys patch and paint my Brooklyn condo in between renters. They were easy to deal with, gave a fair price with a clear scope of work. They easily met my building COI and access requirements. They were also self sufficient to do the job when I wasn’t onsite to meet them. I’d recommend Anthony and team to provide a high quality service.

Great experience with Anthony and his team! I got my floors sanded and stained, they turned out wonderful. Also had some other renovations done in my apartment that turned out just how I wanted them! Definitely recommend Make Ready if you need any renovations!
Anthony and team were very responsive and gave a reasonable quote for a minor repair. I had a dishwasher leak that affected a very small area of the kitchen and most companies I called were not very proactive in getting quotes or didn't take my questions seriously. Anthony sent out a worker to evaluate the repair promptly and was able to come in within a few days of finalizing everything. Would recommend for folks with both smaller and larger repairs because they take every project seriously.
