First off my appointment was supposed to be at 1:00 and they texted at 12:07 asking if 1:30 was okay because they were behind. I live in port Lavaca so I had to kill time in Victoria because I was already on the way. Once I arrived it still took another 15 minutes or so before I was seated. My stylist came out and it was not the girl I booked with. I booked with Andelina, had an email and text confirmation of that, and I was seated with Hillory. Did not have to wait at all. Very nice salon , everyone is very friendly Kylie is very sweet and does an awesome job!!!
This salon is absolutely amazing. Atmosphere is 10/10 and the stylists are all very talented. They have an amazing selection of professional products to take home as well!
First visit. I sat in the chair and Kylie asked me to explain what I wanted. I said a short cut, roots and highlights. She said “I don’t do short hair cuts” and passed me off to someone else. What hairdresser doesn’t do short haircuts? The second person cut my hair and said after it was colored, she would come back and style it similar to the picture I brought.
