My main stylist is Kylie and I love her!! Her customer service is always top tier and she is always getting the color and styles how I want. If what I want isn’t achievable, she works with me and gives options on what can happen. The salon’s atmosphere is always amazing and all the girls have great service. Recommending this salon to everyone!
I have come to Kylie here multiple times and have left beyond satisfied each visit. She begins each appointment with going over each service and ensuring she understands your hair goals and explains what can or cannot be achieved for that appointment based on your hair. I’ve been going to Kylie for a couple of months now and she’s been great every time I’ve gone ! Kylie always works with me to get me to where I wanna be and recommends the best treatments too! Definitely recommend her !
I had the best experience with Kylie. She asked all the right questions, doublechecked what I wanted, and gave me the perfect cut and color for my face shape and hair type. She's professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I won't be going to anyone else!
Came in for a color correction at 11am and I was there til 7pm. It was terrible. Kylie couldn’t get the color I wanted after several hours. A dark orange was all she was able to do and I was left very disappointed and unsatisfied, especially for the price. At the end she left me sitting there while she worked on another client, such a negative experience with Kylie and I wouldn’t recommend her.
