Make IT Straight is a great business. They are attentive to detail, explain everything in a manner the average person understands and go above and beyond. I recently totaled my car. John explained the steps of what his responsibilities were. He kept us in the loop. When it came time to surrender the car, he double checked and found I had left a CD in the player. John retrieved the CD and called me. Thanks!
