I’ve been seeing Dr.Alton for over a year now for my migraines and she’s been nothing but supportive and helpful along the way. Every session is very informative and I’m much more in tune with my body and how it functions. In Dr.Alton’s work you can truly tell that she cares about her patients and wanting to help them relieve their pain. I’ve seen a mass improvement in my daily life and I’m grateful that I found her.
Dr Alton is a very approachable, down to earth ND. I'm not big into supplements and dietary changes but she has worked with me to make it doable for me. I am now taking all my supplements and making all the required dietary changes, and doing it well!
Dr Alton is a compassionate and very knowledgeable ND. She is very patient and goes above and beyond to shine a light on your specific issues. She explains the dynamics of how the body works and applies solutions to bringing the body back into balance. After having my gall bladder surgery, for me, it triggered some unknown existing conditions that I had.
