Disappointing experience with Make-A-Wish, specifically with representative Marcia. After my son's month-long ICU stay and near-death experience, the hospital staff assured us he qualified for a wish. Really good information provider!
I am very sad to see some of the changes that have occurred. Having a locked front door is so uninviting. I think the new CEO was the only person whom had a personality. Make a wish snv used to be a comfort place for myself, my wish kids and whole family. It feels so stuffy and sad now.
