Super nice!
This place is AMAZING!!! Not only are the staff excellent it's also clean. One of my root canals got denied from insurance and Drew took the time to sit down with me and call the insurance. She was very very helpful in a situation that I had no idea what I was doing. I can't thank her enough for her help, time, patience and understanding. I'm so thankful I switched to this dentist office. Thanks again Drew!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! After a very bad experience in the past, I developed a fear of going to the dentist and even needed therapy before I felt comfortable returning. Because of five years of depression, I ended up with many dental problems and felt extremely embarrassed about my situation. Dr. Carlos Cortez Pacheco was incredible! Always extremely long wait times for your appointment. When there was an issue with Denti-cal insurance the phone center said they had no idea when it wouls be resolved and would not call me when it would be resolved - that I need to keep calling back or find a new dentist.
