If you care about your children do not bring them here. Awful experience, staff, and dentist. Brought my boys in for a 6 month cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Cleaning lasted maybe 2 minutes without taking out any proper tools. Their experience from the moment walking in and leaving was unacceptable. Tried calling make a smile coordinator and am still waiting for a call back. This location shouldn’t even be in business. Staff was dismissive and rude. /5 stars
I was told in office by the dentist that my 8 year did not have cavities. I was later called by the Make A Smile office saying that he did have a cavity and he needed to schedule an appointment for a filling. I took him to get a second opinion and he has NO cavities. This is very concerning. They wanted to do an unnecessary filling on a child??
