Update: I would never recommend "Make a smile" because their billing department is not cooperative at all. I did procedure for my daughter last year and I made payment out-of-my pocket. Later my insurance reimbursed the amount but sent cheque to dental office. Now dental office is saying - they haven't received the cheque. Dental office is not ready to communicate with insurance company to reissue new cheque or send cheque directly to me. Absolutely terrible, shady business practices. Told me to come in to get my.tooth pulled, and then refused because I wouldn't purchase the bone graft. Saying I had such terrible bone loss it wouldn't be safe. They know they're in an affluent area so gotta get as much money out of everyone as they can! Anyone see the terrible bone loss in question? I don't, and neither did the other dentist I had to go to!
We drive nearly 2 hours to go to this office!! Jennifer at the front desk is the BEST! Always greets us with a huge smile and knew us by name after our very first visit. This office is so lucky to have someone as amazing as her greeting their patients!
Going to the dentist can be scary, but when you have people like Jenniffer at the front desk that can help answer all my questions with such ease it really calms my nerves and changes the experience! She is a superstar I appreciate all the other staff helping me with my multitude of appointments through the years
I have 3 children currently in orthodontic treatment . Scheduling multiple appointments for all three is quite an ordeal! Jennifer has done an amazing job keeping us all on track . She is always pleasant and has a welcoming smile which I have seen first hand help put nervous parents and patients at ease.
