I made an appointment for my daughter here after confirming they accepted my insurance. I rearranged my work and daycare schedule and showed up for my appointment, at which point I was told they didn’t take my insurance and that they needed an additional referral of some sort? I’m still confused how this happened, and mostly how I was not informed prior to my arrival.
Absolutely horrible customer service. That reception staff needs to be fired and the assistants in the back need to be properly trained. They do not know the difference between blood thinner and blood pressure medications, and will blame you for confusing them. Still waiting for the manager/supervisor to call back to talk about the whole situation. They also do not seem to care. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
Paige in the Elk Grove office was super friendly and very informative. She answered all of our questions and had such great customer service. She made my daughter feel very comfortable in a sometimes uncomfortable situation being at the dentist.

Excellent Care from Dr. Sabrina and Vicky! I had a fantastic experience at the dental office thanks to Dr. Sabrina and Vicky, her wonderful dental assistant. Dr. Sabrina was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit.
