I would give zero stars if I could. This place wanted me to pay out of pocket THREE separate times before they were even willing to schedule the actual tooth removal. Every time I thought I was finally getting the procedure done, they came up with another charge. It felt like they cared more about squeezing money out of me than providing care. Had a very large appointment scheduled that I’ve been waiting months to get done, called them to get some details about a week before the appointment only to be told “you didn’t have an appointment and it needed to be rescheduled” now I have to go to a completely different office and see a completely different provider. This is unprofessional and not the way to treat people.
I scheduled an appointment with this center more than two and a half months ago. Recently, they contacted me and canceled the appointment without offering a clear solution. This was very disappointing because I waited for a long time and expected better service and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.
This is a review of the Folsom office. I was told that I had cavities. I've never had a cavity, so I was skeptical. The dentist didn't review the x-rays with me, which I found strange at the time. When I went to the front desk to check out, I was given a choice of dates to schedule fillings for the cavities that were found. It was never explained to me that I had cavities or needed fillings.
