Nice people For the professional and amatuer alike, this is your place. They quality of the supplies are awesome, and the staff consists of people who really are interested in making cakes. I just recently sent my sister there as she wants to start running a small cake business. Check them out!
Cake Decorating Mecca This is a great shop, wish it were a little closer to me. They have just about anything you could possibly need for cake decorating and most things reuired for candy making. Nice selection of books. Service has always been friendly, both in person and on the phone. My biggest complaint is the size of the store. It is fairly small for the amount of stuff they have, making getting around inside precarious at times. Definitely not a place to bring small children, there's just too much to get into. It is an excellent local place to buy disposable goods, such as cake boards and boxes. They also carry a good variety of different brands.
