Garbage hospital, waiting for payment for an hour and inspection for another hour, endless waiting
Crazy how the Urgent Care Clinic does not allow a companion inside. They're made to wait outdoors, with the risk of heat stroke during summer, and a time when air quality is still bad because of the landfill issue. Guess that's more opportunity for more people to get medical care, despite totally preventable conditions.
Late response. Unresponsive. Poor service
Gave birth here with Dr Regina Manahan, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Extremely competent doctor dedicated to her craft. The nurses were kind and fast to respond as well as the residents and interns. Just 2 notes, 1. Small private rooms have no windows, honestly kind of suffocating, upgrade if you have the means. 2. CHECK YOUR BILL. We got double charged for monitoring and charged for anesthesia we didn't use. I am writing this review to raise serious concerns regarding the handling of our case at Makati Medical Center following a vehicular accident involving multiple members of my family. There were critical lapses in standard medico legal procedures.
