Got a localized infection on my forearm and after a few days decided to go to the ER to get it checked out. The trip was exceptionally quick. I was diagnosed and treated in about an hour, and the total visit cost me $116 USD ($16 for the doctor consultation and the rest for the equipment I used). Overall great place and good work from the staff in the ER office.
Worst Roads going hospital and emergency
For a place known for “high-quality” medical care, the service I experienced was far from it. I went to the emergency room, but there was no sense of urgency from the staff. It felt like I was in a public hospital, mind you public hospitals cater to more than 100 patients per hour. Despite that, I was still charged 10k just for sitting in a cold chair. There were not enough beds to accommodate patients, and it took four hours due to the slow response.
Underwent cystourethroscopy last Sept 27, 2025. I paid 50k for PF of urogyne, 25k PF of the anesthesiologist and around 60k for the hosp bill. I filed a complaint at Patient Relations on Oct 8. It has turned green on Oct 13. Had a teleconsult with the anes on Oct 13. Dr Just said sorry and prescribed a med. Oct 15, got a resolution that the IV was properly administered ... read more

When you’re already feeling unwell, the way patients are treated at the front desk can make you feel even more anxious. That said, the nurses were kind and supportive. The Xray technician was also professional and attentive, and I believe the doctor was competent. From what I’ve heard from locals, this is considered a good hospital in the Philippines. However, when it comes to handling trul... read more
