Wow, was I hoodwinked by this pair, leading me into signing a Contract of sale and just expecting the seller to sign off, instead they used this CoS to drive another offer by a new buyer, without even telling me there was another buyer going to bid. There goes my trust for estate agents, I'll never do this again and send a CoS as an offer, only will send a paper offer!
