What an absolute fantastic experience. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where my experience was so positive. The lady working, the front desk was very helpful, very professional and super friendly. Doctor Mak Was also amazing and showed great care. Absolutely the best pediatrician ever!! Always so caring and thorough, never a wait to be seen, office MA is super sweet and explains everything. I couldn’t imagine our 4 month old being in the care of someone else! I researched this practice and doctor before I gave birth and I am so happy with our choice to have her as our son’s pediatrician. I can definitely say she is better than our eldest son’s Pediatrician and office, looking into switching him here. Definitely 10/10 and would recommend a million times over!!
Dr. Mak is wonderful! She takes time with you to address any concerns you may have for your child. I love that she isnt associated with corporate medicine providers and gives personalized care. If she saw adults i would choose her to be my primary care lol
Dr. Mak is truly an exceptional pediatrician. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients and families. What I appreciate most is how available and responsive she is — whenever my daughter is sick, Dr. Mak always makes sure she’s seen quickly and receives the best care possible. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes both parents and children feel comfortable and reassured.
