Very nice
My family and I have been patients of Dr.Mak for over 25 years. We will be going elsewhere now solely because of the front desk person. He has been extremely rude on multiple occasions, has double booked myself and my wife, and most recently laughed at my request for a Saturday appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I requested a call back from Dr.Mak regarding these issues and according to the front desk, Dr.Mak has chosen to not follow up on my concern.
Great dentist - very professional and personable. Very friendly and competent hygienists and staff as well.
I recommend this dentist to everyone! Very professional and attentive! His assistant is very kind, as is the receptionist.
