Quotes and invoices don't work with company, impossible to understand what was paid and what was not, communication non existent, technicians misplaced the remote to the heat pump they installed and I had to pay for a new one. Also had to pay my electrician twice since they couldn't specify basic electrical requirements and every mistake they make, you pay for a service charge.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on the representation of the employee driving the White 4dr Ram Licence Plate # BV-64448. This morning at 6:50am April 1st 2025. Following behind them turning onto the 400 Southbound ramp, I'm 2-3 car lengths back and he abruptly brake checks me out of the blue! This gentleman seemed pretty disgruntled so just based on that small interaction, I wouldn't recommend this company if that's how they drive. I'm not sure how their work would be.
I had an issue with my furnace this morning and they had someone come within the hour. I had such a wonderful experience with Danie Ganja that came, promptly fixed my furnace, showed me what was happening and stuck around to be sure everything was in working order. We had wonderful conversation and he was so kind and professional. That man deserves so much recognition for the work he does!!! Highly recommend. I am sure all their employees are great but will always request Danie when we have issues.
