Called MAK to speak with *****. I was told she was in but unavailable and would call me back. Two days later, when I didn't receive a return call, I called again and was told the same thing. I suppose ***********************-picks whose calls she wants to return, which isn't only happening to me. From a discussion with other home owners, it looks like it might be time to start looking for a new management company or just do away with this one and have the home owners take it over entirely.
