They were extremely helpful and were always trying to get the best rates for us and always advised what are the best options available. They laid out several different scenarios for us and then let us decide which one would be the best for us. They ALWAYS answered any questions that we had and if they did not know the answer they would tell you that and then get you the answer.I would recommend them to any body their customer service is the best bar none!!!!
Had an excellent experience working with MAK! It all started with a NO STRINGS ATTACHED phone call that lasted over 40 minutes and helped me better understand the home buying process step by step (I wasn;t even sure I was ready to buy a home at that point and they still offered a great personalized and honest conversation about my options!). They then walked me through my loan options and found me a great deal!! Would work with them again in a heartbeat!
