I would recommend this law firm to anyone. They were very good about communicating with me all the way through my bankruptcy.
I would recommend Majors Law Group for anyone needing to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. They were very helpful for my husband and I to get all the documents organized and ready for them to file with the Court. The initial fee for them was reasonable and they accepted a payment plan for us that fit our very tight budget. Everyone I had contact with at their offices was cordial and helpful. I would not recommended trying to do business with these people at all. They stole $1800 from me, 300 of it was supposedly for filing with the court which they never did. They tell you that you can stop and get your money back at any time then when you tell them to cancel they say that they did work, which they did not, and now there are fees to pay. I will be taking their misconduct up with the **********************. Fair warning.
This law firm took my $1500 and did nothing with my case. I had a total of five people emailing me for paperwork I sent in numerous times. I also never got anyone on the phone and when I did the persons would say dont worry about anything. This was by far the worst experience I have delt with I called for a free bankruptcy consultation they gather your information over the phone with out knowing your true household income and quote you what chapter best fits your needs so they told me I qualified for chapter 7 which I paid ******* when asked to provide income they turn around and say my income doesn't meet chapter 7 when I already paid ******* they told me I now have to file chapter ******************************************************************************... read more
They dont contact you back in a reasonable time. They charge you for service that they didnt do if you decide to not do bankruptcy and go a different route so they dont have to refund you the money. Wouldnt recommend this law firm to anyone, nor would I ever use them if I needed.
